The Biggest Loser

Yesterday, the 11th circuit had ruled that Judge Aileen Cannon's order appointing a special master and blocking the government from using classified docs seized from Mar a Lago in their investigations was incorrect. The order has been vacated with instructions to dismiss the entire case.
This, obviously, is a big hairy deal. Number one, Trump wanted this special master. Number two, he wanted Judge Raymond Dearie of Brooklyn, meaning he shopped for, and again got, the judge he wanted. Then, in one fell swoop, with one legal deathstroke, Trump was denied both of them.
The whole idea of a special master, of course, was to slow things down at least until after the midterms. Mission Accomplished. Of course, Trump didn't give a shit about the midterms or the GOP's fortunes aside from his hand-picked nominees were concerned.
But the ruling sends Raymond Dearie back home to get a jump start on his holidays. Dearie was skeptical of Trump's defense team's arguments from the start and for good reasons. But the 11th circuit's ruling yesterday essentially created an invaluable legal precedent, not that one was really needed before Trump had stolen those documents from the White House and sent them to fucking Mar a Lago. But Trump made this precedent a virtual necessity by the very nature of his theft, to which he admits, not that it's likely a future ex president will ever attempt anything as brazen again.
But yesterday's ruling just proves that even when Trump wins, he still eventually loses by the very indefensible nature of his massive crimes against humanity, against the state, against everything and everyone he touches with his killing, tiny hands.
That pretty much makes Trump the Biggest Loser in court, in politics, everywhere.
