Vote or Die!!!!
Well, if you don't vote, you really won't die. The stakes aren't exactly that high. But you might be kicking yourself for a year if you don't help my Windy City buddy win.
And the Weblog Awards voting ends tomorrow. Among the most contested awards is the biggie, Best Individual Blogger of the Year. D r i f t g l a s s so far is leading by almost 2300 votes over some so-called reformed nun called the Anchoress, someone who makes Ann Coulter look like Randi Rhodes by comparison. And, in terms of sheer literary talent, you can't even compare the two. The only reason this Anchoress broad even has the votes she does is because the right wing bloggers want her to win.
You can vote every 24 hours but be advised that the voting ends Tuesday. So get over there and vote.

I wish could have voted for you.
Well, you and my other so-called fans could have nominated me. But when awards time comes around, I'm literally the last blogger that anyone thinks of. That's OK. I'm used to it. I didn't get into this to collect meaningless awards.
Besides, D r i f t g l a s s is a worthy candidate and an excellent, and astute, political blogger in his own right. More power to him.
Just to clarify- I only rediscovered your blog a couple of weeks ago.
I thought you disappeared..... or were disappeared.
I would have nominated you.
Will in the future, anyway.
