It'll suck. Why? Because Oliver Stone is a ham-fisted filmmaker and a very stupid liberal (as opposed to the regular kind). Is Bush II a spoiled, rich frat boy from Yale that became rich and powerful through all his daddy's rich and powerful friends? You bet. Is that really at all relevant to understanding U.S. policy during the Bush II years, before that and no doubt afterwards? No, not especially. I wouldn't waste your time.

stone, to my thinking, either puts out the sublime or the ridiculous. if this hits his sublime zone it will be incredible. if it hits ridiculous it will be good for laughs and hootings around the tube as DVD.
