Happy Flying Zombie Jesus Day

     This is a scaled down version of what we usually have for Easter. Since Mrs. JP is still seriously under the weather, it was up to yours truly to make dinner himself. Baked ham with pineapple chunks, mashed potatoes, corn, Brussels sprouts  and a fine Reisling. What did you have?

Fired chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, a fine Easter spread.
No tradition to the meal, except to enjoy it, whatever it may be, together.

Baked Lamb shoulder blade w/rosemary, carrots, rice pilaf and slice of Market Basket cheesecake with Polar Spring cherry pomegranate sparking water
Had to go solo due to having developed a case of shingles last week
Hope she is feeling better
