     Does this really surprise anyone in Trump's new/old America?
     I guess it didn't matter to the prosecutor that Lamont wasn't the guy they were looking for, that videotape that was originally suppressed by the police chief never showed a gun in his hand as the cops said and that that same videotape never showed him acting in a hostile or threatening manner or that he was simply sitting in his car waiting for his son.
     Without a doubt, these 16 geniuses of jurisprudence and the racist deplorables trolling the Keith Lamont Scott hashtags would be singing a different tune if that black cop had shot a white man under identical circumstances. In that case, they'd be measuring him for a rope.
