    Citizens United was one of the worst, most corrupt SCOTUS decisions since Dred Scott in 1857. For the fifth consecutive Congress going back to the 113th, one constitutional amendment or another has been introduced to overturn Citizens United but this bipartisan amendment just may succeed this time.
