Yes, you read that right. The Republican is calling for federal relief and the "Democrat" is refusing it.

    Ken Coochie Coochie was illegally installed as the top legal official because the guy above him, Chad Wolf, was illegally installed by HIS predecessor, who was mad the Acting Chief of DHS after the last REAL Director, Kirstjen Nielsen, was fired by Trump. Acting Chiefs can;t name their own successors or name others to subordinate posts.
