Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving.
While you're sitting at the dinner table today giving thanks, squeeze in a mention for little Brenden Foster, whose dying wish it was to feed the homeless. His story galvanized the nation and resulted in much food being collected for the homeless.
Be thankful that our nation still produced kids like this.
Brenden died in his mother's arms last Friday but his legacy lives on.

Jeez Louise! What a load of pandering, hyberbolic, treacly, ideological, sentimental horse shit. "little Brenden Foster", "dying wish", "galvanized the nation", "our nation", "legacy lives on", blah blah blah. . .
Why not cut out the middleman and simply publish direct in Reader's Digest?
Happy Thanksgiving indeed. But I was thinking, somewhat, along the same lines as "Tim"; perhaps not quite as vitriolically. Mind you I might have added "...in his (mothers) arms" to the hyperbole. The few instances I saw the newsfeed soundbites it smacked nothing unlike an off-camera coached child. In fact I sometimes couldn't discern, from different news teams, whether it was the same exact footage or an incredulously letter/emotion perfect repetition. Unfortunate, and I sympathize with the families actual circumstance, but for a Blog to at once 'attack' many news lines for much output and also to drink the kool-aid pathos of the same is worth comment.
