     I just heard the news about Brendan DuBois. This would explain why his Facebook page has been shut down. I believe in due process but usually when you're facing charges like these, you're found guilty. I'm still having trouble processing the story, especially since (until his wall got taken down) he was one of my Facebook friends. Severn River, his publisher, had decided to cease advertising and publishing his work and, up to a point, I can understand why.

     It serves to show yet again that just because you're affiliated with someone on social media, it doesn't mean you really know them at all. Few of us choose to divulge everything on social media. And, sometimes what we choose to omit is horrifying.
