They make huge amounts of money off our addictions. Then, when the public and elected officials raise a hue and a cry, they then provide the answer in addiction medications. They make billions more.

I really hope there's a mechanism in place to ensure that it is enforced as the Trump administration is infamous for ignoring or outright breaking the law and flouting judicial rulings with which it doesn't agree. Yet somehow I doubt there is such a mechanism.
I can think of a lot of friends in the UK who are having a field day with this.
