I do not expect Biden to do anything about it. Just like Clinton HELPED Newt pass the GOP's far-right-extremist agenda, while refusing to prosecute those in the Bush I/Reagan era that committed ACTUAL treason, and just like, as you pointed out, Obama refused to prosecute anyone in Bush II for their ACTUAL treason (like exposing a working CIA agent that was working on stopping nuclear weapons proliferation in the middle east, just for a few minutes of perceived political gain), I see no reason at all why '5th most conservative Democrat in Congress' (Biden's own boasting words) would ever even allow the Democratic Party to consider punishing anyone in the Trump Admin for their crimes.
It's just not done.
The Democrats have proven that for the last 40 years their job is to help the GOP's fascist takeover, not oppose it. I laugh at anyone that thinks 'this time it'll be different!' No, it wont. Why would it? I see NO indication AT ALL that the Dems have changed one iota. They will STILL help the GOP with their fascist takeover, they will STILL help the GOP pass whatever awful legislation they dream up, they will STILL help disenfranchise Democratic voters. The Democratic leaders TALK about going against the GOP, but they never actually DO it.
