More embarrassing than Christine O'Donnell?! (Adjusts bifocals) Yep, yep.
I recall that way back in 1976, a journalist wrote of Trump that he was
incapable of doing anything "unless there was some moral larceny
attached to it." That's never changed.
Who the fuck names their son "Duke"? Assholes in Idaho, apparently. "Duke" is what you'd name a German Shepherd.
Bragg's dirty. Someone reached him. No two ways about it.
"The probability of a palace coup or an oligarchic revolt is substantial. There may come a point where it appears to the population and the economic, military, and security elite, including within the Kremlin, that the only way to save Russia is to get rid of Putin."
I hope the people prevail but I admit the oligarchs have a much better chance at doing that. They were loyal to Putin as long as he made life cushy for them. Life's not so cushy any more. The question is, Will they want to?
McCarthy has all the backbone of a microwaved chocolate eclaire.
Marco Rubio and Steve Daines essentially endangered Zelenskyy's life by tweeting during their Zoom call with him.
Your daily gas gouge, Day 2.
Yeah, about that "Russian air supremacy"...
Twitter: It's what's happening.
Truth Social: Where it's not.
The Hunt For Red October, x 100.
I'm a writer and I can usually find the words I need to express what I'm thinking and feeling. But words are hard to come by to express my pride and admiration for these Ukrainians in defending their homeland. The Russian military is facing a potential insurgency of 44,000,000. I don't envy either side but especially the Russian invaders.
Yeah, that DC trucker "convoy"? Ain't happening. The idiots "organizing" it can't seem to get out of their own way. Plus, with mask and vaccine mandates falling to the wayside daily, they're running out of things to protest.
The thing is, the more brutally Putin tries to crack down on protesters, the more he loses his grip on the narrative. And, let's face it, arresting people and speeding them away in vans is exactly like something the Soviets did under Stalin. Except there wasn't social media during the Stalin years. All that's changed.
Even Napoleon knew "an army travels on its stomach." You deprive your own soldiers of basic necessities like food and fuel, you simply don't have an effective, motivated or loyal fighting force.
Yeah, whatever happened to that "good guy with a gun" talking point? And finally...
It's sure nice to know that white supremacist terrorists like Baked Alaska has his Mommy to fight his battles for him.
