A Day at the Beach
Mr. and Mrs. JP are going to a beach in Cape Cod today and won't be back until tonight. Of course, it'll be a working day at the beach since your old prehistoric porcine is going to be working furiously on the rewrite of American Zen. Seize ya'll later and behave while Daddy's out.

JP, it is so good to have you blogging still.
Thank you so much for keeping going.
That being said, please do ignore the blog and get your book finished.
I don't buy many books, and I usually wait until something I like is in paperback. I haven't bought any of the really good political books that have come out in the last several years.
I promise you this: I will buy your book in hardcover as soon as I possibly can when it is released. So, please do ignore the blog and get that book to the printer, I can't wait to read it!
the cod is a great place for zen.
I am amazed.
The so-called 'progressive' and 'liberal' blogs haven't even mentioned the Impeachment hearings in the House Judiciary Committee.
Out of top dozen I look at, only Glenn Greenwald even seemed to notice. And even then he didn't actually report on the existence of the hearings directly, that the hearings even were taking place was buried way down on his blog-post.
WTF?! All the top leftist blogs apparently agree with Pelosi that Impeachment must not be allowed to happen, otherwise they would all be talking about this important day.
We stayed away from the Cape and went to Salisbury, MA, instead. It's spitting distance of Seabrook, NH. It's all good and I'm as red as a lobster and happy as a clam. I spent virtually the whole day proofing my novel while Mrs. JP contentedly read another by someone else.
It's odd being the only guy at a beach writing a book while everyone's reading one. I love proofreading books on the beach. I've done it with my last two novels.
