Pottersville Digest

("But the Hitler comment? Yeah, that was totally true.")

Your government inaction. If these assholes had done their job, 25 innocent people would still be alive.
I have literally seen more mature behavior in 4th grade classrooms.

This is actually the second Trump stooge to go down on child porn charges. One has fantasies about murdering babies. But please keep obsessing over Democrats, Qanon.
     Oh my. Trouble in paradise?
"One associate of Greenberg said that he was using Sheppard to gain 'control' of the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Greenberg also fired off a now-deleted tweet where he told the chairman of the Orange County Democratic Party, 'I will own your sheriff's office'."
Florida man, the world's worst superhero.
     Speaking of Florida men...
Yet another Florida man (#4 today alone) says he deserves leniency for being the first to volunteer to overthrow the government.
I was vaccinated a month ago and live in Massachusetts. Gov. Baker's mask mandate ended months ago. Fewer people wear masks, plexiglass is coming down yet I still wear my mask. Why? I'm freaked out over these Delta variants.
Maybe he can sue the publishers for violating his first amendment rights.
Jesus Christ, this is something straight out of Poe. My questions: Where was the dead boy's mother? Why wasn't he reported as missing? For what reason was the domestic violence case from week and a half ago dismissed? And how did this cop plan on disposing of the body of his stepson after stuffing it in a hole in his bedroom wall?
"A top adviser to House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy was involved in a behind the scenes effort to rehabilitate the reputation of Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. This adviser facilitated Taylor Greene's visit to the Holocaust Memorial from last month after which she publicly apologized for her anti-semitic remarks. Here is the thing though. That remorse didn't stick. She invoked Nazi-era imagery again this week to mock Covid safety practices."
Because putting lipstick on a pig never works.

Yes, you read the chyron correctly. The AZ GOP wants to do this all over again. Tell me, how did Einstein define insanity?
This secretly-recorded video ought to infuriate every left-leaning voter out there.

Cartoon o' the day: No, I DIDN'T read Don Quixote in high school edition.

"If I had won ... Barr would have licked the floor if I asked him to. What a phony!"
So he knew way back then that he lost? And he STILL incited a riot that cost people their lives?

Tennessee hasn't evolved one inch since the Scopes Monkey trial.
"They'll know what you did." Yes, BillO, yes we will. And so will prosecutors.
Jen Psaki just came right out and said it- Republican governors are "literally killing people" with their vaccine disinformation and conspiracy theories.
Nearly 40 years ago, John Roberts tried to stop the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1982 that shored up Section 2. "which gave voters a tool to fight discriminatory voting laws and rules in the states." 39 years later, Roberts got his revenge for his old defeat by essentially gutting that same Section 2 and whatever was left of the VRA of 1965 (after gutting Section 4 years earlier).
The nonexistent racism that Roberts breezily proclaimed years ago was belied by his passive racism in 1982. (Tip o' the tinfoil hat to Constant Reader, CC.)

I guarantee you Paxton would never think to go after him if he was white and Republican.
