     Yovanovitch is right, of course. Victory would embolden Putin and defeat will further provoke him. There's no easy way out when you're dealing with a madman. He needs to be stopped right here and now, otherwise he'll continue and will begin attacking NATO nations, starting with Poland. If we don't stop him now, we will inevitably get directly involved if and when he does. He's already started shelling Lviv, close to the Polish border. That's why I can't completely condemn Lindsey Graham's calls to take him out. I think deep down, we know that he's right.
