Pottersville Digest

(We never yell fire unless there is one.)
There are many who are having their "come to Jesus" moment. Then there are morons like this who say they'd rather get COVID again than the vaccine.

Such human compassion. "Get off our lawn!" Yes, they actually said that.

    Your Karen o' the day.

"Self-made billionaire" continues fleecing rubes. Film at 11.

     More white, right wing persecution.

"Broadly speaking, this 'confidence' storyline is bad-faith nonsense: It's being widely abused to keep alive the myth of the stolen election and to justify an unprecedented wave of efforts to disenfranchise the opposition's voters. It is not designed to build confidence in our elections, but to further undermine it, for illicit purposes." -Greg Sargent.

Trump: “Did you ever tell your wife, 'I’m going to blow your fucking brains out' while pointing a loaded gun at her head?”
     Herschel Walker: "Yes."
     Trump: "My man!"

They asked her why he was so angry right before she was punched in her surgical scar and hit with bear spray.

"I've got four words for you: Find a different country if you won't do it. Get the hell out of Dodge."
That's a lot more than four words, Mr. Vocational Suicide Vest Bomber.

     Meanwhile, in "liberal" Massachusetts...
And, no, they're not celebrating the cops who'd defended the Capitol that day.

...months after he was exposed. Took you assholes long enough.

Just when you thought Kelli Ward, Martha McSally and Karen Fann were the most insane women in Arizona...

Why is Tucker Carlson stalking Eric Swalwell and his family?

Mike Lindell's HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE THE REPUBLICAN WAY: "If you're pissed at a network because they're ignoring your fever dreams, throw more money at them!"

A constituent tells Rand Paul in profane terms what she thinks of him.

"Hey, I'm Andrew. I enjoy traveling, eating out, talking long walks on the beach and violently overthrowing the federal government."

Why was Ken Bennett abruptly banned from the Arizona fraudit?
"The data Bennett provided to outside analysts, Larry Moore and Benny White, showed the results of the ongoing machine count of the ballots tracks very closely with the county's tally."
     Oh, THAT'S why.

Since at least 1996, the Olympics have been a clusterfuck rife with greed, corruption and incompetence. That was more or less when I stopped watching them and their canned commentary. These Olympics have been an even worse clusterfuck than usual, which is saying something after London, Rio and Beijing. And it is a point of pride that I'll be ignoring this spectacle, only with more feeling. (Tip o' the tinfoil hat to Constant Reader, CC.)

Yeah, let's talk about Democrat electoral fraud.

In the act of smearing a sex trafficking victim, Matt Gaetz's own lawyer implicated his own client.

Your co-Karen o' the day.

Kirk Swearingen wrote a great article for Salon.

Emptywheel is right when she says, "The White House is treated as a black box." She also asks two intriguing questions: Who's the Big Boss and how much money are we talking in Tom Barrack's indictment? The world may never know. And finally...

Tiffany Cross flattened Megyn Kelly on her show today, which I half-suspect will result in Kelly burning, well, a cross on her front lawn.

Something tells me Florida isn't the place to be, despite so many people moving there.
